Agreement
By using Money Timeline, you agree to these terms with TomTech Digital SRL. If you disagree, do not use the service.
The service
Money Timeline is a personal budget planning tool. Timelines, put-aside amounts, and Safe to Spend are simulations from your inputs. The service does not execute payments, hold funds, or connect to banks.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by local law (see Privacy Policy).
Free and Pro entitlements
Free includes one income and one expense, put-aside timeline, and Safe to Spend — without shortfall UI or alerts. Pro adds unlimited entries, shortfall warnings, and in-app plus push notifications.
Trial
First Pro subscription checkout may include a 14-day trial via Stripe. Trial terms shown at checkout apply.
Auto-renewal
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel in the Stripe customer portal before renewal.
Prices, taxes, Stripe, StartCo
Displayed prices are €1.99/month or €10.99/year unless stated otherwise at checkout. Stripe processes cards; taxes may apply. Fiscal invoices via StartCo when configured.
Cancellation and access
Cancel in the Stripe portal. Pro features remain until the end of the paid period; then the account reverts toward Free limits.
Withdrawal and refunds
If a statutory withdrawal right applies, you can send an unequivocal declaration through our online withdrawal function or by email to contact@tomtechdigital.com. Subscription cancellation is separate. We assess withdrawal and any refund under applicable consumer law; using the service does not automatically waive your rights.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or use the service unlawfully. Do not attempt to access others' data.
Intellectual property
We own the service, brand, and software. You retain ownership of plan content you enter; you grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but may perform maintenance or face outages. Features may change with notice when reasonable.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risk, with notice when practicable.
No financial advice
Money Timeline is not financial, tax, or investment advice. Decisions remain yours.
Warranty
The service is provided as available. Mandatory consumer warranties under applicable law are not excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory liability under consumer protection law remains unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep mandatory protections of your country of residence.
